1. Eligibility

Must be 13+ (or applicable age in your country).

2. Account & Usage

• You are responsible for your account security.

• You must not misuse the app (e.g., spam, abuse, illegal activities).

3. Plans & Payments

• Free Plan: Basic features available at no cost.

• Pro Plan ($14.99/month): Unlocks premium features.

• Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• Subscription auto-renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

4. Location Data

• If enabled, your pinned locations are stored for gamification.

• You can delete pins or disable location tracking anytime.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

• Trips.app is provided “as is” with no guarantees of accuracy or uptime.

• We are not liable for any loss, data breaches, or third-party actions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida, USA law. Disputes will be handled in Florida courts.

8. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
